This ornament is milled from solid birch, featuring intricate 3D relief artwork.  I hand-finish each piece with a bit of sanding here, and maybe a nip and/or tuck there.  Stained to deepen the natural grain, followed by multiple coats of fine satin lacquer. The result is a smooth, touchable, heirloom-quality keepsake designed to hang on your tree (or car rear view mirror, unless that ain't legal either) for years to come.
